About Us
Gale Force Property Maintenance is a leading provider of exterior property maintenance services throughout southern California. The company was founded in 2002, and has since serviced a long list of high-profile property owners and property management companies (see client references). We have built our success by providing clients with the highest quality of service, regardless of the size of their facility or project.
Gale Force carries full workers compensation, general liability and commercial auto insurance. We are also members of several regional real estate associations, including the California Association of Community Managers and the Community Associations Institute.
Management Team
John Gale
As Director of Sales, John participates in new business development, bidding and strategic planning for the company. He has over 20 years of experience in the property maintenance business and has helped the company to develop relationships with many of the top real estate investment companies, property management companies and home owners associations throughout southern California.
John is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received his degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. Prior to his work with Gale Force, John worked with Ernst & Young as a senior manager and for AT&T as a sales and marketing executive. John can be reached directly at (951) 837-3094.
